With over 10 years experience managing small corporate events of 50,000 people, Nathan brings real life experience to managing events at 46 Entertainment. His inability to accept no for an answer, and his conscious desire to push for excellence keeps the execution standards high within the team. When he’s not part of the team at 46, he’s spending time with his wife, Laura Kate, and their two daughters, Bankes and Townes.

With extensive experience in the corporate world at Capital Strategies and Buffalo-Rock Pepsi, Laura Kate brings her infectious personality and organization to the team by default – she is married to the owner! She’s a champion of the people and the vibe at 46, and loves the creativity every experience embodies at both companies. When she’s not embracing the culture here, she’s spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their two daughters, Bankes and Townes.

We’ve been lucky to have Paula here for two years, but we could be convinced it’s twenty – she is THE Go-To for ALL things 46. Her roots lie deep in Finance and Human Resource Management, but she’s not afraid to dive into any part of the business (as long as there is a team involved!). When she’s not problem solving, you can find her with her husband and dogs – likey tubing down the river! 

Hailing from the foothills of Pennsylvania, Cole brings his love of snacks and positive energy to the office every day. While he doesn’t travel on events (retired), he manages the office culture and keeps everybody encouraged. After a hard morning, he typically spends his afternoons underneath a chair in the conference room napping.

Chris, our Chief Financial Officer with a wealth of banking experience under his belt! Having played a pivotal role in launching a bank from the ground up, Chris brings a unique perspective to the table. No stranger to 46, he’s thrilled to join our team, drawn by the opportunity to collaborate with creative minds and be part of the vibrant music and entertainment industry. For Chris, this new adventure is a welcome departure from the world of banking, offering a fresh and exhilarating environment. Fun fact: Despite sharing a name with Christopher Robin, Chris harbors a deep dislike for Winnie the Pooh – perhaps a quirky contrast to his otherwise impressive profile

Meet Justin, our Director of Safety extraordinaire! After dabbling in various jobs post-college, he found his calling in the transportation industry, drawn to its fast pace and dynamic atmosphere. Spending over four years at a mega carrier in Nashville, Justin honed his skills in different departments, with safety becoming his forte. This wealth of experience led him to join 46, where he now oversees safety operations with finesse and expertise. Off the clock, you’ll find Justin teeing off on the golf course or showcasing his culinary prowess as the self-proclaimed “Best Meat Smoker in Nashville.” With Justin at the helm, safety is not just a priority but a passion

Where there is a need for drivers, there is – Jessica! Jessica is a rockstar when it comes to recruitment and retention of drivers. She LOVES getting to know each driver, and onboarding and collaborating with folks that share the 46 vision. When Jessica isn’t recruiting, you can find her spending time with her Grandkids, playing softball or bowling.

Bethany has been with 46 since the beginning. Her primary focus is working with clients on upcoming tours, current tours and developing new client relationships – she loves to review the tour and math-ing the miles for a quote! She’s passionate about helping 46 contribute towards transporting phenomenal shows that touch so many people. Outside of 46, Bethany loves spending time with her husband, Shane, their 18 month old son, Porter, their Bernadoodle dog, Honey, and two cats, Larry & Rambo!

Tori has been with the 46 Team for the last 5 years and is no stranger to the driver life and is an integral part of supporting our drivers. She has been in the trucking industry for 27 years with the last 12 years in entertainment. Tori enjoys instilling the 46 values and culture, while sharing her passion for touring, with our drivers on and off the road. Tori enjoys time with her family, taking trips in her RV and anything travel related.

Chris came to 46 with a passion for logistics and an aptitude for problem solving – which made him the ideal Director of Maintenance and Repair! He loves the daily challenge of keeping our trucks and trailers running on tour, and the interactions he has with each driver. When he’s not helping with life on the road, you can find Chris golfing or at a Nashville Predators game with his Grandchildren.

Kaitlin brings us over 12 years of experience in the field! From a young age, she’s been enamored with crafting unforgettable experiences for others, turning dreams into reality with her creative flair. When she’s not busy wowing us with her marketing prowess, you can bet she’s off exploring the world or honing her skills on the golf course. With Kaitlin, every moment is an adventure waiting to unfold!

Mike Vannoy joined our team as the Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, bringing with him over 30 years of experience in transportation. His impressive career includes growing a freight brokerage from zero to $100 million in just 12 years, following a decade in HR. Mike thrives on building strong relationships and driving growth, making him a key player in our strategic initiatives. When he’s not forging partnerships, Mike enjoys spending time with his four children, exploring the great outdoors, or showcasing his talent as an extra in films

Let’s give Rhonda the spotlight she deserves because she’s not one to toot her own horn! Rhonda’s got magic in her fingertips, whether she’s crunching numbers or planting seeds – she’s our financial guru and garden goddess, with over four decades of expertise under her belt. When she’s not balancing the books or nurturing her plants, you’ll find her jet-setting with her family or getting her hands dirty with ceramics. Rhonda’s a true Renaissance woman, and we’re lucky to have her on our team!

Alex is our Operations Manager and Client Support Specialist, and she’s been a key asset in building and fostering relationships with our clients and drivers. She’s passionate about making concerts happen for the artists/bands we work with, and loves the close knit family culture we foster here at 46. Alex is also a painter, avid spelunker, and spends time learning to play obscure instruments – right now she’s learning to play the harp!

Meet Ashley, our stellar fleet coordinator who’s no stranger to the world of logistics! With a background in Third-Party Logistics, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. What does Ashley love most about 46? The warm and welcoming family atmosphere that makes every day feel like coming home. When she’s not hard at work ensuring our fleet runs smoothly, Ashley can be found satisfying her wanderlust with travels or basking in the tranquility on the water. With Ashley at the helm, our fleet sails smoothly through any challenge that comes our way!

Sandy brings precision and dedication to her role as a staff accountant on the logistics team. When she’s not ensuring the accuracy of financial records and optimizing logistical operations, Sandy finds joy in visiting the mountains, immersing herself in the tranquility of nature. A passionate fan of Old School R&B and Hip Hop, she enjoys working out and dancing to her favorite tunes. Beyond her professional and personal hobbies, Sandy is committed to giving back to the community, often spending her time assisting the elderly at nursing homes. Her vibrant personality and altruistic spirit make her an invaluable member of our team.

Megan, our Fleet Coordinator extraordinaire at 46! With over 13 years of experience in the logistics industry, Megan is a seasoned pro. Logistics became her passion early on, quickly becoming her forte after sports. When she’s not optimizing our fleet operations, Megan dreams of creating her own homestead where her two dogs, three cats, and eight chickens can roam freely. With Megan at the helm, our logistics are in capable and caring hands!

Buckle up, folks! Mackenzie’s no rookie in the trucking scene – she even ran her own trucking company! Now, she’s bringing a truckload of wisdom and savvy to our team. But hold onto your hats, HGTV, because Mackenzie’s got a magic touch for turning old furniture into treasure. And heads up, pool players, she’s not just a shark – she’s a national finalist who’s made waves in Vegas! So, consider yourselves warned – Mackenzie’s a force to be reckoned with in every arena she enters!

Spriggs has been driving with 46 for 5 years now and is an integral part of our large-scale tours. He loves being part of every show, and the opportunity to travel across North America while making life-long friendships with the other drivers and client’s crew. When he’s not on tour, you can find Spriggs fishing, out on his Harley and watching his Granddaughter play basketball.

Art is no stranger to 46 – he has been driving with us since 2018! He enjoys the traveling aspect of each gig and having the opportunity to work with so many different people. He’s also a HUGE advocate for the equipment, drivers and office employees that make up 46. When he’s not on the road, he enjoys working on his farm and living life as a Christian.

‘JOHNNY D!!!’ is a 5 year driver at 46 and is as seasoned as they came when it comes to rock shows. He loves that his job is always an adventure, and enjoys the friends he makes and where each show takes him. When he’s not out on tour, you can find Johnny riding his Harley, going to movies or shopping at antique stores.

​​Tim has brought his experience and infectious positivity to 46 since 2019. He’s driven to drive each day by bringing live entertainment to the people, the camaraderie among the crews and the opportunity to travel to places he, otherwise, may never see. Outside of driving, he loves to cook (he was in the restaurant industry for 14 years!) loves to make people laugh and have been to well over 100 concerts in his lifetime!

Meet Kyle – part history buff, part metalhead, and all-around awesome guy! With a passion for the past and a love for head-banging tunes, Kyle brings a unique flavor to the 46 family. He’s all about putting family first, cherishing the tight-knit bonds that make our company special. And with every twist and turn on the road, Kyle’s always ready for the next thrilling adventure! When he’s not rocking out or brushing up on historical facts, you’ll find him indulging his inner foodie, whether it’s cooking up a storm in the kitchen or exploring the culinary delights of new restaurants. With Kyle, every meal is an experience, and every moment is an opportunity for discovery

Get ready to roll with Carl, our driving dynamo! He’s all about the tight-knit camaraderie among our drivers here at 46, where he spreads joy and brings smiles wherever he goes. But when Carl’s not burning rubber on the road, you’ll find him whipping up culinary masterpieces in the kitchen or basking in quality time with his beloved family. Watch out, Gordon Ramsay, there’s a new chef in town – and he’s also a highway hero!

Girvin started driving with us 2 years ago and was a rockstar right out of the gate – or should we say, yard! He enjoys the day-to-day challenge of driving, the essential aspet of the job, and how fun it is. In Tommy’s mind, he’s already on vacation, but when he’s not driving he likes to  play banjo, fly fishing, and jogging.

Hold onto your hats, folks, because Mike’s story is one wild ride! Hailing from the New York but raised among the pigs in Oklahoma ( he literally raised pigs), he’s got a unique blend of city slicker and country charm. Fun fact: Mike even shared a campus with none other than Garth Brooks back in college! Now, as a proud member of our 46 family, Mike thrives on the thrill of the open road and the excitement of new adventures. But when he’s not cruising the highways, you’ll catch him jet-setting to exotic locales, soaking up the culture, and making friends wherever he roams. Whether he’s behind the wheel or exploring new horizons, Mike’s zest for life knows no bounds!

Tom, affectionately known as “Google” by many!  Tom thrives on the camaraderie and shared passion within our specialized trucking world. But when he’s not cruising the highways, you’ll find him donning his DIY hat, tackling demo and renovating houses with gusto. Whether he’s behind the wheel or swinging a hammer, Tom brings his trademark dedication and expertise to everything he does, making him an invaluable member of our team!

Meet Francisco, our spirited trucker with a wanderlust heart! He’s always on the move, reveling in the excitement of new places daily. With roots tracing back three generations in trucking, Francisco’s passion for the road runs deep. Francisco brings a vibrant energy to our team, making every journey an adventure

Introducing Carl, our very own superhero enthusiast and Star Wars aficionado! With a deep-seated love for both the Marvel universe and a galaxy far, far away, Carl brings a touch of epic adventure to the team. What he values most about 46?
